LAW 9129 - Disability Law and Ethics Effective Start Date: 08/01/2009 This course surveys American federal and state law as it relates to people with disabilities. Primary focus is on discrimination in employment and in public and private programs and services, including education, housing, and health care. Social and historical contexts relating to disability will also be explored.
