Social Studies Education

The purpose of the M.Ed. in Social Studies Education is to provide for professional growth of social studies teachers in middle school/secondary education, with particular focus on the integration of technology.
The Ph.D. program in Social Studies prepares social studies educators for teacher education centers, academic fields in secondary and higher education, supervisory positions, and curriculum development positions.
