NCED 151 - Financial Issues in K-12 Education

Examines the principles, processes, and responsibilities of financing public education with emphasis at the building level. Course objectives include: becoming familiar with the school finance system in Virginia, becoming familiar with school finance literature, and understanding the history of school finance legal issues.
