NCLA 100 - Fundamentals of Paralegal Studies

Focuses on core knowledge and skills related to those areas of law in which legal assistants are in the greatest demand. Includes how to research the law, investigate complex fact patterns, interview witnesses, assist in preparation of cases for courtroom litigation, and other topics necessary to support trial attorney needs.
