LAW 8005 - Contracts II

This course continues the study of basic contract law and theory. Topics may include: the identification and interpretation of the terms of agreement, defining the terms of performance, mistake and excuse, conduct constituting breach, remedies, and third-party rights. Prerequisite: Law 6002 - Contracts
