LAW 7649 - Hi-Tech Medicine:Legal and Ethical Implications (SC)

This short course examines legal and ethical implications of high-tech medical technologies already in use or on the horizon. The goal of the course is to equip students with a clear understanding of the ethical questions and regulatory challenges raised by these developments.
