ECE 457 - Computer Networks Intended as a first course in communication networks for upper-level undergraduate students. Topics include basic techniques for channel transmission, error control, flow control, multiplexing, switching, routing, signaling, and scheduling. Students will also learn practical aspects of the Internet and telephone networks. Cross-listed as CS 457. (Y)
