ISLS 317 - Development, Dynamics, and Diagnosis

This course will consider what makes groups effective, using theory, practice, and reflection to explore how they develop, how they operate on both conscious and unconscious levels, and how their members can get them back on track when they stray into ineffectiveness and non-productivity.  (IR)
