The online graduate Certificate in Project Management introduces the foundational knowledge, core frameworks, and a wide range of tools in order to be an effective project manager. Traditional, agile, and hybrid project management approaches are explored. Team leadership and communication are emphasized. The 18-credit graduate PM certificate (6 courses) focuses on the core competencies recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI). 

The Project Management certificate is ideal for individuals who aspire to or are required to manage projects but have limited formal training in the discipline of project management.
