Return to: School of Engineering and Applied Science: Minor Programs
The Biotechnology Minor aims to bridge the gap between scientific advancements and practical solutions that benefit society. This is particularly relevant in the biopharmaceutical and medical fields, where innovations such as cell and gene therapy require a deep understanding of both biology and engineering to develop commercially viable processes that meet global regulatory standards.
The Biotechnology Minor is open to all undergraduate students at the University, including those majoring in CHE and BME. Questions related to this minor should be directed to the Chemical Engineering Department.
