Overview
The Global Commerce and Society track, a course of study spanning multiple concentration areas, is designed to provide students with a broad and interdisciplinary understanding of the global business environment and an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities facing commercial enterprises and society.
Eligibility
The Global Commerce and Society track is open to all Commerce students whose academic requirements allow them the flexibility to take the required 12 credit hours. Courses used to satisfy concentration requirements may also be counted toward track requirements. We strongly encourage students to complete a global study experience while enrolled at the University of Virginia.

Electives Requirement
Students must complete 9 credit hours of elective groups below, including a minimum of 1.5 credits from the Society Electives group. Other related UVA courses taken in the third or fourth year may satisfy this requirement, as approved by the Global Commerce and Society Track Director. Global Commerce Electives
