The 18-credit online graduate Certificate in Leadership provides a solid foundation of leadership and management theory and best practices that can be applied immediately in teams and organizations. The program develops personal leadership style, team and project management skills, organizational communication capabilities, and financial management knowledge. The courses are appropriate for working professionals facing complexity and change in the private, nonprofit, and government sectors (local, state, and federal). Completion of the certificate demonstrates evidence of specialized educational achievement in leadership. The 18-credit graduate certificate (6 courses) includes work-related projects and demonstrations that help students build effective leadership skills.
