Russian and East European Studies Minor

Requirements for Completing the Minor

Students must complete seven courses in consultation with the Director of Undergraduate Studies of at least three credits beyond the following course in Russian language, literature, culture, folklore, government, history, etc. with no more than three courses in any one department.

• RUSS 1020 - First-Year Russian Credits: 4

• The three-course restriction does not include the following courses:

• RUSS 2010 - Second-Year Russian Credits: 4
• RUSS 2020 - Second-Year Russian Credits: 4

• Therefore, as many as 5 of the 7 courses may be taken in Slavic Languages and Literatures should the student choose to take RUSS 2010 and 2020.
