Graduate Certificate in Africana Studies

Students are expected to complete a minimum of 12 credits of graded coursework approved by the Africana Studies faculty committee, including AAS 5000 (Introduction to Africana Studies) and three credits of coursework offered outside the department or degree program in which the student is enrolled.
