The online graduate Certificate in Leadership provides a solid foundation of leadership and management competencies that can be applied immediately in the workplace. The program is uniquely designed for students who are interested in developing their personal leadership style, while focusing on one of three areas: general leadership, technology leadership, or project management.
The online graduate certificate is ideal for individuals wanting to advance their learning and skills in the area of leadership and management. It is appropriate for working professionals in the private sector, the nonprofit sector, and for those working in federal, state, or local government. Individuals with a minimum of an undergraduate degree are invited to apply. Completion of the certificate demonstrates evidence of specialized educational achievement in leadership. The 18-credit graduate certificate (6 courses) includes work-related projects and demonstrations that help students build effective leadership skills.
