Social Studies Education

The purpose of the M.Ed. in Social Studies Education is to provide for professional growth of social studies teachers in middle school/secondary education, with the particular focus on the integration of technology.
The Ph.D. program in Social Studies prepares social studies educators for teacher education centers; academic fields in secondary and higher education; supervisory positions; and curriculum development positions.
