An application for the minor is available in Campbell Hall, Room 120A. Upon completion of all requirements, the signature of the respective department chair must be obtained.

Requirements
A minor in urban studies requires 18 credits in architecture, architectural history, landscape architecture, planning, and approved courses from the College of Arts and Sciences. Students must take ARCH 268 Lessons of the City (3), 12 credits of electives from a list of approved offerings, and ARCH 5xx, Urban Studies Seminar. For additional information about the urban studies minor please see the program website, www.arch.virginia.edu/undergraduate/minors. ARCH, PLAN, and L AR courses taken as a completed urban studies minor do not count against the limit of credits college students may take outside the College. Course Descriptions
