Requirements
A minor in urban studies requires 18 credits in architecture, architectural history, landscape architecture, planning, and approved courses from the College of Arts and Sciences. Students must take ARCH 268 Lessons of the City (3), 12 credits of electives from a list of approved offerings, and ARCH 5xx, Urban Studies Seminar. www.arch.virginia.edu/undergraduate/minors. ARCH, PLAN, and L AR courses taken as a completed urban studies minor do not count against the limit of credits college students may take outside the College.
