CE 613 - Infrastructure Management Studies the tools required to formulate a prioritization procedure that leads to a realistic and rational way of establishing candidate projects for priority programming at both the network and project level infrastructure management systems. Topics include methods for obtaining distress measurements and pavement condition ratings for flexible and rigid pavements, and prioritizing procedures for establishing priority listings for rehabilitation and maintenance activities.
