LAW 7175 - Law in American History: Twentieth Century Effective Date 05/13/2019 This course is a survey of the development of private and public law in twentieth century America. Topics to be covered include jurisprudence, legal education, foreign relations law, the emergence of administrative law, the constitutional dimensions of equal protection, due process, and free speech law, and the relationship of law and politics in America.
