EDIS 5039 - Science Curriculum Design for Diverse Learners/Settings Effective Date 08/01/2021 This course examines the theory and evidence-based research on science curriculum design for diverse learners, and in formal and informal K-12 science learning settings. Participants will engage in analyzing and evaluating science-related curriculum products to investigate issues of learning affordances, relevance, and equity. Special focus will be on development of innovative science curriculum artifacts that address diverse learning needs.
