LAW 9071 - Law and Higher Education

Topics include institutional governance; faculty/student rights and responsibilities; the First, Fourth and 14th Amendments; civil rights, the rights of the disabled, and gender-based issues; liability issues; research-related issues; affiliated entities; and the legal implications of increasing technology in higher education.
