Effective Start Date: 10/13/2022 This graduate tutorial introduces students to the details and interpretations of antiquity’s two greatest legal systems, although it will be specifically tailored to the needs and interests of the individual students. Readings will be drawn from both primary and secondary sources; students will be expected to master the information provided by the primary sources and write two analytical summaries of recent secondary works.
