Effective Start Date: 08/01/2014 The Enterprise Perspective (EP) course is designed to build on the theme introduced in Leadership Residency 1 course, ‘Leading with an Enterprise Perspective.’ The EP course will consist of sessions during which students are encouraged to perceive situations and diagnose problems and then make essential tradeoffs or reconcile management decisions based on a multifunctional point of view.
