LAW 9209 - Race and Law: Landmark Cases Effective Start Date: 05/01/2013 This course will examine historically significant race and law cases. The readings will primarily include judicial opinions supplemented by scholarly accounts of the historical context in which each case arose, the parties and other significant actors connected to each case, and the implications of each case for subsequent social and legal developments.
