LAW 9192 - International Criminal Justice: Its Successes, Failures, & Future Prospects Effective Start Date: 06/28/2012 We will examine the applicable law of international crimes; the choices of procedure for international courts; the powers to enforce orders and judgments of international courts; and the challenges posed by the complementary jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. We will also concentrate on the political dimensions of international criminal justice. Prerequisite: LAW 6003 Criminal Law
