ECE 8825 - Adaptive Control Effective Start Date: 03/01/2009 Analyzes parametrized control system models, signal norms, Lyapunov stability, passivity, error models, gradient and least squares algorithms for parameter estimation, adaptive observers, direct adaptive control, indirect adaptive control, certainty equivalence principle, multivariable adaptive control, stability theory of adaptive control, and applications to robot control systems. Prerequisite: ECE 6851 and 6852, or instructor permission.
