LAW 7092 - International Trade Law and Policy Effective Start Date: 08/01/2021 This course introduces the institutions and rules governing international trade. The principal focus is the World Trade Organization and its rules governing tariffs, non-tariff barriers, dumping, subsidies, trade in services, health and safety standards, and intellectual property rights, as well as its international dispute settlement mechanism. The course also covers the U.S. legal framework for international trade relations.
