Effective Start Date: 05/30/2017 A survey of leading American Supreme Court judges from Marshall through the Burger Court. The course consists of lectures and readings, along with discussions of topics on contemporary issues. The course also provides an overview of the two hundred-plus year history of the Court and its role in the American constitutional system.
