LAW 7052 - International Civil Litigation Effective Start Date: 03/01/2009 This course examines the distinctive issues that arise when civil litigation takes on an international dimension, including personal jurisdiction, choice of law, enforcement of judgments, sovereign immunity, the developing law of human rights. Arbitration and discovery outside the United States are also considered.
