Effective Start Date: 03/20/2017 Prepares students to understand the importance of providing culturally appropriate care to diverse populations, and introduces students to the systematic as well as disciplined approaches used to incorporate diversity management and cultural competence in the delivery of healthcare. Explores relevant organizational dynamics and organizational policies that are necessary to effectively manage a healthcare organization.
