EDHS 5840 - Forensic Psychology in Juvenile Justice This 3-credit hr interdisciplinary seminar in social science and law examines the role of forensic psychology in juvenile justice. Enrollment open to upper level undergraduate and graduate students as well as law (enrolled under Law 9083). The class will examine key juvenile forensic issues such as adjudicative competency, criminal responsibility, expert testimony, mental illness, sex offending, transfer to adult courts, and violence in schools.
