GCOM 7830 - IT Project and Product Management

This course is designed to develop more effective managers through its coverage of concepts, techniques, and technologies relevant to the manager of IT projects and products. To this end, the course consists of seminars on such topics as planning, risk management, change management, and measuring value; workshops on design sprints, agile delivery, leading teams, and business writing; and tutorials on contemporary tools and techniques.
