CJ 4700 - Gangs, Developmental Issues, and Criminal Behavior Provides police administrator with a basic understanding of the applicability of behavioral science to the investigation of juvenile violence and gang behavior. This course will examine gang dynamics, causation, various types of gangs and juvenile offenders, violence in schools, crime patterns and trends, and solvability factors. Other areas to be discussed include risk predictors, and contributing factors.
