LAW 7789 - Federal District Court Practice (SC)

This course examines the practice of law in federal district court, primarily from the perspective of the judge. We will conduct an overview of the life of the civil and criminal case, and then dive deeper into specific areas, including class actions, injunctive relief, criminal sentencing, and multi-district litigation. We will also examine the impact of wealth inequality on the delivery of justice.
