LAW 9300 - Lawyering for In-House Counsel In this course, students practice and develop some of the skills needed to become an effective in-house counsel through the lens of higher education law, including synthesizing and evaluating legal materials in the context of a particular problem, interviewing and counseling clients, drafting contracts, crafting policies, and working as a part of a team to respond to institutional challenges.
