ANTH 7841 - Quantitative Analysis II This is a second course in statistical methods useful in many disciplines, including archaeology, anthropology, and environmental sciences. Coverage includes linear and generalized linear models, non-parametric regression, multivariate distances, clustering, ordination methods, and discriminant functions. The course emphasizes practical data analysis using R.
Prerequisite: Quantitative Analysis I (ANTH 4840/7840) or an introductory statistics course and a basic knowledge of R.
