DS 4001 - Practice of Data Science In this age, we have massive amounts of data concerning many aspects of our lives. The data scientist’s job is to take these data and extract meaningful and accurate information from them. For example, imagine using OKCupid data to predict good matches, or tissue data to detect cancer. In this course, you will learn how to clean and visualize data and use machine learning to model the data and gain insight. Our computing language will be R.
