KINE 6720 - Psychosocial Aspects of Injury This course provides the student with knowledge of psychosocial aspects of physical activity and injury. Topics include theories related to the psychological and emotional aspects of trauma and forced inactivity, the use of motivational activities towards rehabilitation, basic principles of mental preparation, relaxation, and visualization, as well as theories and techniques of interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
