GCOM 7490 - Negotiating for Value Present: The objective of this course is to introduce the student to the subject of negotiations and to study various strategies, theories and activities of negotiations, such as: preparation, promoting relationships, managing tension, and creating and claiming value. The student will identify her or his negotiating strengths and weaknesses and develop a competence and confidence as a negotiator through extensive and varied case method pedagogy. Prerequisite: Graduate Commerce Students Only
