LAW 7101 - Natural Resource Law and Policy The course has the analytical goals of ensuring that students acquire basic competence in techniques in statutory and regulatory interpretation, become acquainted with the history and political economy of natural resource regulation ’ and in particular with the steady movement to federalization ’ and begin to develop the ability to critically analyze and question the scientific basis for federal resource management decisions.
