LAW 8603 - Appellate Litigation Clinic (YR) This is the second semester of a yearlong clinical course providing students the opportunity to brief and argue one or more appeals before a federal appeals court. The rules and procedures applicable in the federal appellate system will be examined. Fundamentals of oral and written appellate advocacy will be discussed, with a focus on each student’s individual work project.
Prerequisite: 3rd-year Law, LAW 6000, LAW 6003, LAW 6104, and LAW 7071 or LAW 7072 or LAW 7605
