GCOM 7750 - Asset Management This course focuses on the traditional advisory functions of investment banks including securities issuance and mergers and acquisitions. Students learn how financial engineering tools are used to design securities and structured products and to design more efficient deal terms. Finally, the course examines the forces driving change in the organizational structure, management, and regulation of investment banks.
