KINE 5410 - Physical Activity and Public Health The overall goals are to expose students to a public health approach to chronic disease prevention, develop critical thinking skills by reading and interpreting epidemiological literature and produce a research-based intervention proposal using a public health approach. Students will learn about physical activity epidemiology, measurement issues, and associations between activity and health, and develop their own research-based intervention.
