KINE 1435 - Rowing Rowing is one of the few non-weight bearing sports that exercises all the major muscle groups, improves cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. This class will introduce participants to rowing, using rowing machines to teach technique and develop fitness. Rowing is a sport you can do for life; learn the basics and get a good workout!
