NCBM 204 - Evaluating a Non-Profit Executive Director

Reviews the board’s role in the oversight and performance management of a nonprofit’s executive director. Introduces the key elements of a performance management system; the importance of the board/executive director relationship; and methods for giving and receiving feedback.
