NCBM 162 - Leadership and Influence Examines the key strengths and weaknesses of each social style behavioral theme. Discusses clear strategies for identifying the different social styles of associates and/or customers. Helps participants develop an action plan for making current relationships more productive, and utilize strategies for breaking down communication barriers that prohibit maximum performance.
