NCBM 147 - Legal Aspects of the Nonprofit Organization

Examines the increasing role of the government sector in making nonprofit organizations more accountable in their governance and management. Reviews how officers and directors of nonprofit organizations can become personally liable for ensuring that the organization complies with state and federals laws and regulations. Covers the various state and federal laws and regulations covering NPOs.
