NCBM 102 - Leading and Managing Change

Reviews the processes of change, resistance to change, and the effects of change on individuals. Examines how to understand the processes associated with change and how to develop the ability to respond using a comprehensive approach to change management. Demonstrates how to be a more proficient change agent by managing organizational aspects and facilitating the human aspects of change.
