Historical introduction, standard atmosphere, basic aerodynamics, airfoils and wings, flight mechanics, stability and control, propulsion (airbreathing, rocket and space), orbital mechanics, space environment, advanced flight vehicles. Prerequisite: PHYS 1425. Corequisite: APMA 2120.
